"Ordered a new saddle man seat. It arrived 6 days late, it had been opened and appear to be a return item. Tags were tore off seat rain cover was missing and screws for backrest was missing. I was told they couldn't help me I had to contact saddle man. They did say I could send it back and wait another 2 weeks. All I ask for was my rain cover that I paid for.they will not help you after purchase"
