"I tried to reserve a taxi in advance to go to the airport for an international flight. The guy I talked to said I would just have to call on the morning of my flight. Nice try. I need a guaranteed pick up time. \n\nI called another service, run by an immigrant, and it was no problem. \n\nYellow Cab is just another example of a business that can't compete because they are too lazy."

"I would give zero stars if I could. Called Bobcat Taxi after an event to pick up my daughter and I and return to our hotel. Driver barely spoke English and kept insisting on taking us to the airport. I told him no, here's the address of the hotel. He nodded and off we went. Cab was filthy, no AC, no working seatbelts. Driver ran multiple lights and had cab going 90 on the interstate, all the while answering his phone and arranging more pickups. We were terrified. Lo and behold, he pulled into the airport. I told him we weren't at the right destination and he told us this was where he was taking us. He then attempted to charge me EIGHTY dollars to drop us off at this airport!?! My child and I got out of his cab and had to call a Lyft to drive us 2.5 miles to our hotel. Terrible experience."
