Looks like most of the video cards that handle 3 monitors are big gamer stuff that require over 450 watt power supply. Mine is 305 watt. I can upgrade it (I used to work as a PC Tech at Best Buy in the late 90's) if I need to, but I'd rather run what it has since it's MEGA quiet. D

The only web design skills I have at the moment are very basic HTML but I am tech savvy and have a bit of time to teach myself some more skills in this area. I know there are some open source solutions out there that offer parts of what I need but it’s the tying everything together that I find a bit daunting.

While I want the same things from a website designer, since I am choosing a designer to make my site stand out, I expect the siyte of the design company to really be polished. So, as a pc techsite, very good. As a webdesign firm site, not so much, but still straightforward navigation and decent info.
As a hosting services company owner in a previous life - I can say with some authority that moving your large DB files should be handled by your new hosts server tech. They should have access, connectivity and tools available to them that we end-users don't when it comes to this sort of thing.
